There is no membership fee to be a part of the Vui’s rewards program.

Every $5 spent earns you 1 star. 25 stars = 1 reward. There is no limit to the number of stars you can earn on a purchase, excluding tax, additional fees, and gift cards.

If you forget to check-in at the point of sale, stars can be claimed after the transaction by following the link in your receipt to claim stars (if you chose to have your receipt emailed to you). If not, contact us and we’ll do all we can to help.

Stars do not expire. Rewards expire 12 months after they are earned.

No, stars are not gained for purchasing gift cards or earned from purchases made on gift cards.

Vui’s has partnered with Square to power Vui’s Rewards so our rewards program works both on the Vui’s website and seamlessly in the restaurant through the Square register.

Just enter your phone number during rewards sign up on our website or at the register in the store.

- For current Vui’s website users, at checkout you will be prompted to enter your phone number. If that phone number is already attached to a Square Vui’s Rewards account, then it will link to that account. If not, then it will create a Square Vui’s Rewards account.

- What if your number is linked to a company card? The phone number can be linked to multiple cards. This is designed with corporate cardholders in mind. You can also link multiple people in the same household (up to 10 credit/debit/bank cards).

-If you have already dined at Vui’s, then you will be prompted upon your first and continuous visits to enter your phone number. Once you do, you will be automatically enrolled in the program.

You can check earned stars through the Rewards page on the Vui’s website. If you have enrolled in the loyalty program in the store, you’ll receive a welcome text notification with a link to your status page. From there, you’ll be able to view your progress, earned rewards, linked payment cards, and activity.

No. Vui’s marketing email program is available to anyone and does not require purchase. Vui’s Rewards is a loyalty program to reward frequent guests.

You can update your account information through the Vui’s website, or you can have a cashier or manager at the store update the profile.

To opt-out of Vui’s emails, you can simply scroll to the bottom of the email, click unsubscribe or manage preferences, and follow the prompts.

-Once you have a reward, a six-digit code will be provided.

-Show the cashier and they will apply it to your account.

-If you can’t find the six-digit code the cashier can look up your profile by finding your phone number.

There is no confirmation of earning a reward unless you’re in the store when the reward occurs.

You can earn multiple rewards, but may only redeem one reward at a time.

Sure! Rewards can be redeemed whenever is best for you.

No, rewards are not applicable to the purchase they were earned on. But it could be used on your next visit or another order.

Rewards cannot be earned through 3rd Party Delivery or Catering.

Tips, tax, and delivery fees do not earn stars.
